We prepare all the necessary exporting documents that may need to accompany your shipment. We will generally ship your purchase within 14 days. The shipping period will vary depending on your location and the extent of packaging and handling required for your purchase.
All art work is insured during the shipping process. We strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum and work with professional shippers experienced in expediting art work around the globe.
Damage during shipping and Return Policy
Although it is an unlikely event, artworks can be damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately at (+1) 514. 570. 9770 no later than 7 days after receiving your shipment, providing us with photographs of the item in its original packing as proof of how and where damage of the item occurred during shipping. Once we receive the damaged item, it will be inspected and if there is no discrepancy in the claim, we can repair the item, replace it or give you a refund.
We will make all the necessary arrangements to have the damaged item returned to the gallery from your destination; however the return shipping, taxes, customs and brokerage fees will be paid by the purchaser and deducted from the original payment.
Returned artwork must be suitably insured and re-sent in the same packing materials in which it was originally sent.
